About Cynthia's Empanadas
I moved to the US 27 years ago. I was lucky enough to move into a caring community that welcomed my family full heartedly. It was easy to adapt to life in the US - the dynamics of the changing seasons, the love for sports, and the wonderful individuals that filled our lives with joy. However, I missed my Argentinean cuisine, the mix of fresh ingredients that composed the best empanada sonatas. So, I decided to make it my mission to come up with empanada recipes so my children could experience the same joys as I did growing up in Buenos Aires.
Like any new adventure, the beginning was hard. I had many failed attempts and some successes. But practice makes a master, and the high expectations of my husband and children made me aim for the best empanada formula. Today, 27 years later I am happy to share with my community the fruit of that labor, simply best empanada experience you can get
Why? Because I want to give back to my community all the support and happiness that I received since the first day in my life in the US. I hope you enjoy it!
